Equipment All Risks Insurance

Equipment All Risks Insurance will cover your liability for any hired in or owned equipment that you bring to an event as the organiser or attendee. We can cover equipment in transit to and from the venue. Our Equipment All Risks insurance is primarily designed for events, but we also offer annual cover for multiple events.

Equipment All Risks insurance can also include any damage to the venue, any contractual liability that might arise as a result of extra hiring costs, theft of property and damage to property either at the event or travelling to and/or from the event.

You may need Equipment All Risks if you are:

  • Attending an exhibition as an exhibitor/stallholder and require your stock covered
  • Organising an event and require insurance to protect damage to a marquee
  • A band or entertainer needing annual cover for your equipment, instruments
  • Orgainising an event and hiring in audio visual equipment, radio’s, laptops
